- Sales director required for a leading foodstuff distribution company
- Required minimum 5 years experience of leading a sales team at a “General Manager” or “Director level” in an FMCG company.
- Candidate will be responsible to setup the entire sales structure while putting in new systems/processes/incentives to further increase the sales/efficiency. In addition to recruiting new sales team, candidate will be required to evaluate/train/motivate existing sales team.
- Candidate will be reporting directly to the owner.
