الوصف الوظيفي Property 365, a newly formed British owned and managed real estate company looking for sales and leasing consultants / agents for the Dubai real estate market. You will be a self-motivated, passionate and have a proven track record in real estate or sales. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge. Job requirements; • Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals • Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation. • Qualifying potential buyers/tenants. • Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads • Negotiating offers and contract negotiation • Maintain regular contact with all clients Renumeration; • Training and real estate licence will be facilitated after successful completion the probationary period • Visa and medical insurance • Potential uncapped commission of AED50,000 + per month • 50/50 commission split • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays & Christmas • Incentives for top performers including luxury holidays, designer watches and suits.
