1. Developing the IFFCO Digital & eCommerce strategy and implementing it across the region. (brick and motor – online, eCommerce sites (marketplace) and Direct to Consumer – online IFFCO store)
2. Develop roadmap for eCommerce to grow faster than a) channel b) competitors c) customer
3. Develop customer specific category plans based on category and shopper insights to grow market share on eCommerce
4. Be part of the annual contract negotiations with Top 5 MT / eCommerce customer and owns eCommerce Top to Top relationship.
5. Develop cross functional capability of eCommerce.
6. Lead the Digital Innovation Agenda for IFFCO and create and design frameworks to implement the same
Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Define and drive the strategy for the E-commerce business in order to achieve online sales, profit objectives while preserving, and building brand integrity.
2. Deliver best in class customer experience on customer sites and excel in introducing innovation and new initiatives.
3. Define and drive customer strategy to increase reach, further increase traffic, sales, conversion, AOV including Search, Email, Affiliate, Social Commerce
4. Ensure alignment with global brand vision whilst developing locally relevant programs to further accelerate our online partners
5. Ensure alignment with Brand Marketing strategy and activation plans, Digital and Social Marketing
6. Full responsibility for online sales and full P&L;targets, across all online channels.
7. Create, maintain and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on site/channel performance
8. Monitor and share insight on our competitor set 9. Execute the marketing and promotional calendar across online business partners
10. Lead and coordinate development of category / channel / customer insights through dedicated research for eCommerce
11. Identify and develop business-building opportunities with specific customers through the teams and align initiatives across categories for eCommerce
12. Manage ROI on promotional activities
13. Ensure full integration of Customer Plans with Brand Innovation & Marketing Plans and lead JBP for eCommerce
14. Provide Customer input into Innovation program for eCommerce
15. Annual contract negotiations with top 5 customers for eCommerce
16. Ensure dedicated Customer investment budgets by customers are agreed and signed off with
categories
17. Innovation inputs on volume / investment and monitoring
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure to deliver 100% P&L;targets across online channels
Ensure 100% of execution of marketing & promotional calendar,
Product availability/distribution targets.
Work Experience :-
FMCG Sales through eCommerce in FMCG industry or worked for FMCG clients.
10 - 15 years Sales or Marketing management out of which 5 years as head of department for eCommerce.
Experience in setting up e-Commerce business
