Field Support Engineer

1.  JOB SCOPE

The Field Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring that incidents and requests for IT Service are resolved with high quality and in a timely manner. The job also involves installation, configuration and maintenance of end user hardware’s like Desktop, Laptop, smartphones, Printers, Wi-Fi, Network operating systems, Office 365 email, and enterprise software’s.

The Field Support Engineer reports to IT Manager

The Field Support Engineer has no direct report.

The Field Support Engineer will work closely internally with all end users as well as externally with vendors.
