Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the Company’s telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all telephone systems and services, voicemail, PBX communication systems, call center technology, video conferencing environments and coordinating with local Service Providers.
Team Lead Voice will work closely internally with IT executive staff and project managers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization as well as externally with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
