Coordinate, conduct and participate in Quality or technical compliance audits of Contractor, Sub Contractor or Vendors.
Conduct internal audits of projects and offices.
Assist Project Team with the preparation of quality documentation and procedures at project start-up.
Provide quality training to office staff and project teams as required.
Provide guidance and support as required to Project Teams and site-based quality staff.
Drive the closeout of NCRs across company and projects.
Identify areas of improvement across projects and office functions.
Collection of Quality statistics and reporting of project performance.
Review of Quality reports and documentation.
The QA/QC Engineer shall be a qualified Engineer (BSc Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent).
Should have a minimum of 8 years overall Construction experience – General Building.
Should be a certified lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems from IRCA Registered Certification Organization and shall have good knowledge and experience with ISO 9000 series requirements.
Previous consultant experience.
UAE experience or the Middle East as a minimum.
Good Communication Skills and good command in English
