- 1-2 years’ Experience in Operation and Maintenance of District Cooling Plant.
- ITI Certificate is required / Vocational Certificate

Carry out annual and monthly Preventive Maintenance of District cooling plant equipment and sub-assemblies.
Attend and rectify the breakdowns.
Taking the reading and records required for the plant.
Investigate and take preventive measure for all equipment to ensure Zero tripping.
Ensure chemical dosing system for open loop is working properly and with adequate chemicals.
Operate and maintain the whole RO plant and its sub-assemblies efficiently. 2.7 Prepare daily activity reports on daily basis and submit to Plant Operations & Maintenance Engineer. 2.8 Adhere strictly to all the norms as laid down in the safety procedures.
Carry out the duty in shifts and strictly following shift schedules set up by the Plant Operations & Maintenance Engineer.
Conduct proper handing-over and coordination to the incoming shift with regards to the current situation of the plant, instructions, previous activities and incidences, and pending works. 2.11 Maintain cleanliness of the plant.
All the plant data are highly confidential and not to be shares with anyone without the consent of Plant Operations & Maintenance Engineer.
Carry out PVC / UPVC Piping work
Share information with Operators and work as a team.
Comply with Safety Regulations and Environment Laws
