To liaise with other managers on guest comments and follows up with necessary action;
Interact with all staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication
Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety cultures
Work effectively in a team
Takes an active part in all aspects of training activities in the kitchen;
Delivers on the job training;
Training on new menu Items for both front and back of house staff;
Conducting training in all food preparation related subjects;
To assist with the development and implementation of a training program for kitchen staff;
To keep up to date with new development techniques and equipment and instruct his staff on how to use it correctly;
To bring new idea on food development for new menu.
Schedules working hours of all kitchen staff, taking into consideration volume of expected business but being careful at all time to conserve labour cost;
To assign detailed, specific duties to all staff under his/her supervision and instructs them in their work;
Assists the management team and Operations team when requested;
Attends meetings and training required by Management
