Responsible for equipment installations and technical performance as per OEM recommendations.
Responsible for the diagnosis, repair, functional checks, and performance of the assigned equipmet and product ranges.
Responsible for the assigned tools (calibration, function) as applicable.
Responsible for time keeping towards customer and employer.
Responsible for the timely submittal of service reports related to the performed services, outlining further requirement and action.
Collects data on known errors from the field for the adoption of central preventive measures.
Recommends spare parts for stock keeping in relation to the assigned equipment / product ranges.
Participates in formal meetings on the topic of problem analysis with the aim of establishing and eliminating the basic causes, and on deciding actions to prevent their reoccurrence.
Adheres to the unit’s quality management strategy and plans.
Adheres to administered laws and /or contractual obligations.
