Job location – Dubai (Initially job location will be Dubai and after few months it will be in Abu Dhabi)

Responsibilities Assist and support Project Quality Manager and / or Construction Quality Manager in all quality matters related to his discipline.
• Reports directly to PQM.
• Review of Project Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions (MR), to ensure compliance to contract requirement in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre-commissioning Phases and to identify engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to his discipline.
• Aid in the development of Project Quality Specific documents according to Contract requirements, including review of construction, vendor, subcontractor documents for compliance with project quality requirements prior to Employer submissions.
• Monitor the implementation of Project IMS through document reconciliation and discussion with the site management team.
• Assist Procurement in the assessment of Vendor, subcontractors and supplier prior to placing of Purchase Order, and where required carry out technical assessment audits.
• Assist Procurement in carrying out performance evaluation of vendor / subcontractors and suppliers engaged on the Project.
• Record all key lesson learnt (KLL) during the various execution phases and provide inputs to PQM through the ARCO KLL Register.
• Monitors all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related Mechanical works and issues of design, procurement, construction and final handover of the related works.
• Cooperates with the Construction team and provides proactive advices to prevent issues and resolution in raised issues for quality related subjects. Raise NCR’s for any nonconformance identified during audits, surveillance visits and routine inspections, and follow-up with relevant project departments for the timely closing of NCRs.
• Closely monitor all inspection activities related to his discipline on site and in Vendor / Subcontractor premises as required and coordinate all Third-Party Inspections.
• Aid in the preparation of pressure testing packages, walkdowns and punch listing, mechanical handover of system / subsystems.
• Aid in the preparation of Project Final Dossier, review of vendor documentation, Material receiving, pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
• Manage and monitor the activities of his Discipline Quality Inspector(s), review NRIs, and ensure all inspections are inspected according to the ITP requirements, verified and the produced records are adequate and legible to be submitted for endorsement.
• Assist and provide data to PQM, for the preparation of Internal and External Monthly Quality Reports.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Skills Experienced in rotating / static equipment / Piping / Pipeline & Welding
Competencies Auditing, Vendor Inspection, Onsite Construction Inspections in O&G;Projects.
Knowledge Engineering / Construction / Procurement / Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Projects.
Experience Having a total experience of minimum 15 years in similar position in O&G;Projects.
Qualifications / Certifications: Bachelor of Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
Certified Auditor ISO 9001:2015
CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-CWI
ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT and PT (RFTI /PCN II in RT)
