Job description We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who possesses a well-rounded set of eCommerce and business management skills, as this individual will run multiple areas of the business. We are looking for someone who can help drive the business forward. Website Management · Maintain a high level of performance on our current website · Improve the overall website experience by making enhancements to the website design · Introduce new technologies to improve the website/business further · Support to set up automation for business workflows · Manage the communication with technical teams regarding new web development projects in the pipeline. Digital Marketing We may work with a digital marketing agency to support with the marketing efforts. · Plan & roll out digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising · Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns assess against goals · Coordinate video content creation and ensure distribution within the relevant channels · Optimize spend and improve campaign performance based on analytics insights Order fulfillment / Customer Deliveries · Manage deliveries to ensure orders get to our customers on time · Create delivery requests, schedule collections with our partners. Business development / Category Expansion · Find appropriate products that we can sell on our website and negotiate the best rates. · Expand into new, relevant categories that will drive up our average order value. · Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing Graphic Design · Create marketing banners for our social media posts & email campaigns · Create banners for our website merchandising · Have a good eye for card design, as we look to expand our card designs to offer new and improved cards designs across all card categories. المهارات · Experience managing websites & eCommerce operations · Ability to manage digital website projects to ensure quality delivery and implementation · Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign · Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate · Ability to coordinate content creation strategies · Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) · Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns · Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/graphic-designer-and-ecommerce-manager-4174169/ |
