الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of the role include: - Support the airspace technical manager in the aviation inspection, audit, airspace activation supervision and coordination on a day to day basis, ensuring an efficient service; - Maintain EAS management system coordination and data entry; - Support the airspace technical manager in maintaining comprehensive documentation, plans and reports to keep up to date records on deliverables for both pre-event and event phases; - Provide aviation inspection status to the airspace technical manager – EAS, ensuring compliance, alignment and on track according to the aviation policies and procedures; - Support the airspace technical manager with coordination support, ensuring effective integration with both internal and external stakeholders; - Coordinate day to day tasks with third party providers such as drones, pyrotechnics, other aerial activities and helicopter operations by Falcon Aviation; - Handle issues and rectify where appropriate and within the role scope. Escalate for appropriate action to the airspace technical manager where needed. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree in Public Aviation Safety & Security, Aviation Management, or other relevant discipline or relevance; - Understanding of inspection, audits and aviation/airspace aspects; - Strong communication skills, both written and oral in Arabic and English; - Strong Planning and Organization skills; - Demonstrated Research skills; - IT literate, in particular with Excel, and its formulas. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/inspector-expo-airspace-security-eas-4171147/ |
