This hire will head up the legal function for the whole of the GCC and will be the point of contact for all legal queries. It is a senior level position reporting into the General Manager, so requires a candidate who is ready to step up into such a position

Description
Draft and negotiate all forms of contracts - distribution agreements, supplier agreements, licensing, branding, etc Manage the compliance function for the company Advise the company on potential risks and avoidance of disputes Effectively manage external counsel and the budget available for such resource

Profile

To be considered you MUST have:
Experience of working for a multinational, ideally in a similar sector Minimum of 7 years legal experience Full fluency in both Arabic and English
