Maintain structured policies and procedures for the regionAssist with performance management program, talent pipelines and development opportunitiesSupport regional recruitment initiativesHandle all HR operations within the employee life-cycleCoordinating training and development for the teamDrive employee engagement initiativesContribute to HR team objectives
Profile
Experience in a global multinational and/or blue chip business is a MUSTExperience handling multiple geographies in the GCCProficient in all HR operations within the employee life-cycle and comfortable dealing with all issues and administrationStrong communications skills and be able to influence senior leadersGood knowledge of Middle East employment law
