Responsible for promoting and selling a premium value-added produce brand.
Maintain and grow established customer base.
Develop new leads in retail and food service to expand our sales.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
Help design, create and implement programs which will result in brand growth.
Manage and lead other sales staff in sales objectives.
Collaborate with sales team on strategy and program planning and implementation.
Responsible to ensure the daily operation and service given to customers is of the highest quality
Ensure that your sales areas operate cost effectively and yield maximum results
Regularly reviewing route and area performance and the factors that drive cost effectiveness and sales performance
Actively identify and exploit new business potential in the area to increase sales turnover
Contribute to better management decision making
Preparing and presenting timely market related reports as required
Contribute to the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process
المهارات
Proven success managing customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
At least 3 years of experience selling produce to national retailers and foodservice customers.
Establish customer base and large number of industry contacts is desirable.
A solid record in increasing sales and establishing new accounts is a must.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Have flexibility to accommodate changing business conditions, work requirements and scheduling needs.
Self-starter with the passion and determination to work hard to meet or exceed goals.
