Responsible for identifying opportunities · Projects/ bids in new markets/ locations · Conversions from conventional cooling to district cooling in existing locations/ networks b. Build and maintain a network of companies in real estate development that could serve as potential customers c. Follow through leads received from CEO, CCO, other senior management or staff of Emicool d. Discuss all potential opportunities with CCO to determine whether to proceed with further evaluation of the opportunity e. Secure technical requirements/ information from the customer for carrying out the screening/ evaluation of the opportunity f. Coordinate the process of securing inputs from Projects, Technical and finance departments with regards to opportunity evaluation. Provide own inputs on the techno-commercial evaluation/ estimation process and ascertain the feasibility of a potential opportunity before presenting to CCO for final approvals g. Ensure all opportunities and status thereof are regularly updated on the Opportunity tracker h. Coordinate the process of customer contract signing i. Ensure adequate handover of requirements to Technical departments for commencing projects/ technical works to service contracted client requirements. May include i. Projects – for any capex requirements ii. O&M;/ Networks – for ensuring readiness of primary network for release of chilled water and other O&M;requirements iii. IDC, Billing – to ensure meters are activated for billing commencement iv. Customer Service – to ensure relevant customer codes m contract codes are created in the system v. Finance – submit approved project budget to finance for monitoring j.
