1. Responsible for the deployment of resources, on-site service and improvement of customer satisfaction;
2. Responsible for project customer training and related document writing;
3. Responsible for summarizing the monthly, quarterly, and annual customer service situation, and form service reports to report to customers;
4.Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships, mastering customer needs, and providing professional advice on their use.

1. Fluent in English communication; relevant working experience (2-3 years)
2. Adapt to short-term business trips3. Good communication and expression skills, with good system presentation, training, communication and business understanding skills; 4. Work enthusiasm, meticulous, responsible, strong learning ability, able to bear the pressure of work, and have a team spirit
