المهارات
We need people who have worked on several iconic projects in the Middle East particulary the GCC Region
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
8+ years experience in building and infrastructure projects
Previous experience in the Middle East
RICS, BSc. Quantity Surveying or similar
Cost Planning, cost estimates for master plan mixed used developments, high end residential and resorts, malls, infrastructure, marine works, etc. Strong also in Excel and other computer programs such as Cost X (we can train), use of Auto Cad, etc.
