Quickly learn product knowledge to our customers
• Provide first-class customer service in a polite, friendly, authentic & informative manner
• Have an artistic flair for creating baskets, charcuterie trays, gift & confectionary wrapping
• Enthusiastically care for all aspects of shop floor such as restocking & fronting merchandise
• Have an engaging presence, actively communicating with staff and patrons verbally & written
• Take customer orders graciously and write down large orders clearly
• Keep store-room clean at all times (i.e. floor, counters, shelves, windows, & walls)
• Master our POS System & Register as well as Opening & Closing procedures
• Adhere to Shop Rules with high level of attention to detail that showcases pride in your work
المهارات
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role • Understanding of the retail sales process • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures • Basic math skills • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments • Flexibility to work various shifts • High school/ degree certificate is a plus
