Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary in the production in accordance with cost, quality, quantity, and brand specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Should have expertise in chocolate moulding and chocolate ganache preparation.
Review processing schedules or production orders concerning inventory, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
Monitor standards, examining samples or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of desired quality.
Propose budgets or expenditures for supplies, materials, and manpower
Provide assistance and support during events, making sure demands are met on a satisfactory level
Cater to special requests and ensure quality delivery
Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures

Job Context
Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, staff management, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Should have bookkeeping and reporting skills
Customer and Personal Service — Must be service-oriented. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
