TENDER & BIDDING INCHARGE in Waste Management
We are looking for an experienced officer who can handle Tender and Bidding related to Waste Management industry, having a minimum of 2 years working experience for preparing tender, bidding and pricing.
Job Description:
Having an experience in preparing Tender & Bidding specifically Waste Management.
Experience in preparing Tender & Bidding and familiar for the pricing.
Execute the pre-qualification evaluation of tender and market prices
Responsible for pre-qualification, evaluation of the tenders, for initial request to tracking and managing the tender & bidding process to submitting the final bids to clients.
Experience in preparing pre-qualification, cost assessment & calculation in technical and commercial proposal documents.
Coordinate preparation of the tender& bidding within the team to complete the tasks in a timely manner.
Preparing of documentation for tenders, proposals, pre-qualifications and client presentations.
Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance. Assists in the management of data related to the tendering.
Communicate internally & prepare reports and conduct internal meetings for each Tender.
Reviewing contractual terms and conditions.
Maintaining the tenders documentations
Strive to continuously improve the tender process
Directly reporting to management.
Perform other related duties if required.
Minimum Qualification requirement:
Bachelors Degree.
2 Years experience in a similar role preferably preparing biding in Waste Management
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Prior experience with providing administrative support.
Strong power of analysis
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
