Estimation Engineer ( Facilities Management)

الوصف الوظيفي
· Capable of bidding Residential, Commercial, Retail, Master Communities, Government, Infrastructure, Educational Institutions, Entertainment and Leisure, Hotels and Hospitality FM Tenders.

· Interpret and follow Company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards.

· Display time management and Tender management skills to effectively manage customer expectations and support Tender enquiries within committed timescales / deadlines.

·Able to work both as part of a team or independently and ability to manage multiple Tenders.

· Effective management of Tender project details in accordance with the requirement.

· Capable of negotiating subcontractors/vendors within the allocated project budget

· Solid knowledge of the specialist sub-contract market in the UAE for the FM business line

المهارات
Education: B.E- Mechanical / Electrical or Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management
Experience: 2- 5 years of UAE experience in the FM industry as an Estimation Engineer
