BWP are representing the owner of a significant utility scale PV plant in the UAE who are strengthening the technical operations and maintenance team and are looking for an O&M;Performance Engineer - Solar with performance analysis experience on large 30MW+ solar PV projects.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring the Plant is performing at maximum power by analysing the data of the Scada of the Plant
Performance analysis (based on model)
Calculating KPIs and providing reporting / dashboards
Metering / Invoice management
Monitoring the cleaning efficiency of the Operator (number of people, areas, efficiency)
Reliability improvement (failure rate calculation, retrofit proposal)
Interface with DEWA TCC/TOD
Core Competencies
You will have 5+ years’ experience in the technical operations and maintenance of large- scale utility ground mount projects 30MW+
You will be able to lead relationships with O&M;contractors, off takers and JV partners
Key Requirements
Bachelors of Engineering / Electrical
Fluent in English
