Official duties:
Maintaining and developing the customer base on the principle of “ sales funnel»:
- Search for new customers, cold calls, creating your own customer base
- Conducting negotiations, presenting the company and making targeted presentations
- Performing calculations and risk assessment
- Identification of the customer’s needs, control of the development of samples for experimental socks according to the customer’s requirements
- Receiving a request to form a TOR for the customer
- Preparation and participation in the development of technical specifications, technical
SPECIFICATIONS and standards for clients of the direction
- Preparation of tender documents, sending a tender request for participation in the procedure
- Formation of a commercial offer, agreement of contractual terms and conclusion of Contracts
Working with existing Clients:
- Tracking of tenders and preparation of tender documents
- Transaction support, document flow control
- Control of settlements with Customers, ensuring timely receipt of funds for deliveries
- Monthly and long-term planning of shipments and receipt of DS for clients from the assigned region
- Monthly and long-term planning of product launches and shipments for trusted Customers
- Development and “protection” of shipping and revenue plans for the month, quarter, and year
- The implementation plan for the shipments and revenue
- Market research and expansion
- Preparation and implementation of a sales development plan for trusted Clients
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other events
المهارات
Requirement to candidates:
- Higher education (preference for engineering / technical, linguistic)
- English-fluent, Arabic-as an additional advantage
- Experience in B2B sales from 3 years / with corporate customers
- Experience in public speaking
- Experience in preparing and participating in tenders (preferably)
- Systematic, analytical mind, high level of self-organization, communication skills, literacy, attentiveness, punctuality, goodwill, diplomacy, ability to work with representatives of different cultures, mentalities, and faiths
- Willingness to travel (UAE and the middle East)
Operation condition:
- Official registration, compliance with labor laws
- Work schedule 5/2 from 08.00 to 16.00, (Friday and Saturday-day off)
- Salary is discussed at an interview with a successful candidate
