A leading company looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience on Industrial Projects.
Job Details:
Field supervision and direct involvement on Mechanical activities for installation, commissioning and start-up.
Conduct walk downs as required representing the mechanical discipline.
Review and Negotiate the work with Contractors
Should have work planning skills
Verification and testing of mechanical installation (Mining equipment; conveyor, rotating equipment, handling equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment…)
Validation of all process, piping and services installation and integrity validation
Verification of automatic sequences (mechanical monitoring)
Validation of equipment identification and their integrity to the P&ID;Prepares formal, controlled engineering documentation (i.e. drawings, specifications, parts lists, interface control documents, test procedures, etc.).
Assist in Mechanical design and modifications.
Review safety precautions on design.
Should have good knowledge of International standards.
Alumina Smelter Working experience
Commissioning Experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of the fire protection system is required.
Review contractor Method statement and risk assessments.
المهارات
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 6 year experience.
Willing to work on any global locations assigned.
Good communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Be a smart and presentable.
