Technical Requirements:

In-Depth skills and experience with providing Operations and Maintenance support L1 & L2

Perform operation and Maintenance on the Customer Data Network (2G data services) including SGSN / MME, GGSN, PCRF, DNS, ICACHE

Support Configuration Management function

Excelling skills on trouble ticks handling, response and reporting on issues and Collaborate with others teams to resolve complex matters
Investigate major outages
Interface with customer engineers on escalated technical matters
Make routine maintenance checks and follow up actions and documents
Support Care Manager with report analysis and investigations.
Offer support to Fault Management function
Carry out highest level technical support skills
Perform software upgrades on the SGSN /MME, GGSN, PCRF, DNS, MME / SGSN, PCRF

المهارات
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years as a lead Nokia care technical expert in an operational mobile telecom company

3rd party remote access programs “Team viewer” and “Telnet”

Excellent written & spoken English

Start: the candidates must be available to start at very short notice

Terms: Working from home remote support(Telephone/Whatsup/Email/Skype) ,part time for around 20 hours per week
