Site Inspector (Rail - Track)

الوصف الوظيفي
The Site Inspector provides construction supervision services of the Civil and Structural aspects of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site, and that the requirements of the construction contract are followed.

· Keep daily records

· Carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off the relevant part of the contractor’s RFI’s in a timely manner.

· Raise any observations and non-conformances or poor workmanship with the Engineers/RE in a timely manner

· Raise any safety issues with the Safety Officer and/or safety engineer, keeping the RE informed.

· By flexible to work various shifts (day/night/weekend)

المهارات
About You:

· Recent previous experience (within last 5 years) as a Site Inspector for major infrastructure projects that are complex in nature, and are ideally located in the Middle East region

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision and construction management, ideally rail projects.

· Have a BSc or diploma in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized and accredited university.

· Understand the aspects of site supervision and construction management of rail projects.

· Be enthusiastic about improving the safety performance of site operations in UAE.

· Be able to communicate effectively with site teams and motivate them to meet the project objectives.
