Create and maintain all employee files
Monitor expiry dates of employee labor cards, residence permits, passports, permits, licenses, NOC’s and their renewals to ensure processing on time
Ensure the safekeeping of employee passports with the HR office and maintain a written record of passport temporarily withdrawn by employees for legitimate reason, timely return and recovery of issued passports
Maintain total confidentiality at all times
Issue SIM cards for entitled employees
Coordinate with Accounts for monthly payroll
Manage promotion / transfer announcements
Prepare official letters and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist employees to set up new bank accounts
Arrange medical, EID registration, residence visa and visa cancellation
Provide information for HR reports, turnover report and disciplinary summaries
Updating the recruitment tracker and onboarding tracker where necessary
Arrange for all flights for vacation, terminated and new joiners
Process weekly reports and expense claims
Apply medical insurance for all employees
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in similar field
Minimum 3 years experience in similar field (UAE experience is preferred)
Able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Time management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
