Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives, and ensures instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements actions to ensure people and equipment safety. . 3. Contributes to higher customer satisfaction by ensuring high complex Service work according to customer expectations. Interacts with customer to provide customized solutions. Creates and maintains excellent relationship with customers and molds their needs. Creates new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio. 4. Performs medium to high complex Service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades and retrofit, end of life service etc.). 5. Perform remote and on-site service activities for MODR and/or systems in accordance with customer requirements. Ensure timely, cost-effective solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines. 6. Diagnoses technical problems, determines corrective actions, and repairs MODR systems via remote or on-site service. 7. Assesses technical issues to determine if on-site assistance is 8.
