You will be working as a Service Sales engineer and will be a part of the Motion Business for Motors and Generators business line based in Dubai, UAE.
In this role you will be responsible for accelerating and expanding motors and generators service business in UAE. Responsible for getting ABB to preferred position with end users, based on quick and reliable support, digital tools etc.
Your responsibilities
Preparing growth-oriented sales plans using company tools. Implementing the sales plan and performing regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
Generating enquiries for the entire RMMG service portfolio, initiating at least 10MUSD opportunities, so that 2.5 MUSD orders can be achieved during 2020.
Promoting digitalization solutions using smart sensors, reliability package, LEAP, Machsense etc. and prioritizing L3/L4 maintenance at site and support with partner workshops, if job cannot be performed at site.
Ensuring that HSE related aspects are fully considered and accordingly agree with customer or cost separately during sales stage itself.
Completing Installed base mapping to ensure that more than 90% of installed base is allotted to site.
Visiting the customer, study the technical specs and prepare or submit offers for ABB as well as Non-ABB replacements.
Ensuring accurate forecasting of orders and service channel partner review and corrective actions.
Performing energy audit for LV or MV applications and position replacement solutions and hand over the service project or products jobs to PM or OH.
Developing innovative business model with authorized workshop partner to support long term service agreements.

المهارات
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of service for motion business.
Proven track record as service sales engineer for Motors or related products.
Required background in digital solutions is a plus.
Required previous engagement and customer relationships with major government end-users and entities.
Required strong technical expertise in motors is an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills is required.
