The role of the HR Operations Lead is to lead a team of HR Operation Specialists to provide case management support to employees and managers across a cluster of countries.
Main responsibilities will include:
Accountable for the performance of the HR Operations team in line with agreed level of service to ensure excellent HR service is provided to customers.
Manage the supply and demand of the HR Operations Specialist resource to provide support to HRBP\’s and centres of excellence on all cyclical HR process and business change projects.
Accountable for providing guidance on all escalated employee relation issues.
Develop, implement and monitor services standards to ensure that the support provided by the HR operations team are fit for purpose and delivered in line with agreed level of performance.
Promote continuous improvement across the HR Operation team.
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relation issues and policy interpretation.
المهارات
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources (or similar)
At least 5 years of experience in operational HR roles
Experience in managing a team
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions (Compensation, benefits, performance etc.)
Fluent in English with the addition of Turkish or Russian language - essential requirement
Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools
