الوصف الوظيفي This role will support and work closely with colleagues from the Volunteer and Learning and Development functional areas as well as the GSE team to ensure alignment on the content, delivery timelines, resource needs, rostering and attrition management. Main responsibilities for this role include: - Responsible for supporting the development of the GSE Training Program for each training module and workforce group aligned with the skills and knowledge needed for each GSE position; - Support delivery of each training module including Train the Trainer, Role Specific Training, Operational Training and Site Tours during event time to GSE volunteers, paid staff and contractors; - Support the scheduling and rostering for GSE training sessions before and across the 6 months of operation; - Support the management of the GSE training attendance and attrition across the 6 months; - Support the development of the Just in Time training plan and content, and test event plan across GSE; - Provide effective line management to direct reports – Guest Services Coordinator – Training; - Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs. المهارات - A bachelors degree within a relevant field; - Put the Guest Experience at the heart of training and service design; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organization, GCC region desirable; - Experience in training volunteers, paid staff and contractors in skills based roles; - Knowledge across event operational functions, understanding the Guest Services dependencies with the other operational functions and non-operational directorates; - Communicates well and consistently at Director/executive level down to large teams of workforce e.g. volunteers. تفاصيل الوظيفة
