We are looking for an E Commerce Accountant with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P & GL’s.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Manage inventory & COGS accounting including reconciliation of inventory accounts.
• Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate.
• Processing of Balance Sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
• Preparing WPS end of month salaries and submitting to the bank.
• Provides Financial status information by preparing special reports, Initiate and oversee special projects aligned with business intelligence and on-line strategies.
• Manage and coordinate end to end audits of 3rd party service providers, including vendor selection and monthly review of payments versus activity.
• Establish strong internal controls over sourcing and payment processes.
BA/BSc Accounting in Finance
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office and general financial theories and practices.
Familiarity with relevant accounting softwares (ERP/Sage).
Good knowledge of UAE Wages Protection System (WPS).
2 years of relevant experience in E Commerce Industry.
