الوصف الوظيفي At over 250 meters in height, the structure will comprise some 9,000 tonnes of steel, almost 25 per cent more than the amount of iron used to construct the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris. Each of the permanent spoke cables responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the wheel and wheel rim, is longer than a professional football pitch. And if they were put together, end-on-end, they would span 2,400km – the same distance from Dubai to Cairo, as the crow flies. The main purpose of the role is to sell souvenir merchandise and drive sales through a high level of customer service at all times to make Ain Dubai Souvenir Shop an exciting and fun place for visitors to purchase their souvenirs. Your key duties include: · Managing the retail operations in order to maximize profitability and the highest level of customer satisfaction. · Ensuring efficient staffing levels are set on daily basis in order to cover all aspects and demands of the business. · Ensuring that retail outlet is properly maintained i.e. tidy, clean and stocked up in order to meet high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. · Being able to ensure the outlets are in compliance with policies and procedures in order to run a smooth operation. · Setting up incentives programs in order to motivate colleagues and increase revenues and profit. · Analyzing audit/mystery reports on a regular basis in order to achieve satisfactory levels of customer service. · Tracking cash overages and shortages in order to minimize any discrepancies in the sales and revenue report. Take preventative measures to ensure future discrepancies do not re occur. · Conducting corrective coaching and training on a regular basis to team leaders in order to increase knowledge and productivity. · Holding daily briefings with the colleagues in order to communicate all important information. · Making requisitions or bookings in the ordering system in order to maintain stock levels on a daily basis. · Conducting scheduled inventory counts for your retail outlet. . Work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues towards the overall success of Ain Dubai. المهارات Degree with strong command of English language. Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office, Purchasing System (preferably Adaco).
