The Area Manager will primarily be responsible for managing and handling the stores assigned to him.
Assist the Operations Manager in developing Sales Plans and brief the marketing department on required promotional campaigns.
Assist in leading the Sales Department to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff.
Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
Lead and manage the continuous review and improvement of Sales practices taking into account “international best practice”
Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution are at the highest level
Ensure the sales objectives set by the management are achieved
Provide market place feedback
Develop an account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the operation.
Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy.
Ensure the member of the sales team are fully aware of all the courses and benefits being offered.
Ensure to operate and promote a culture of best practice in all they do.
Understand the regional market, assigned and ensure to offer the best proposition in the marketplace under the direction and consultation with the Department Head.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
المهارات
Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Strong management, communication organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Professional, highly disciplined and excellent leadership skills
Must be self-motivated, multi-task oriented and be one who thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Extensive experience in developing, review and monitor business plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
Arab Nationals are preferred
