The Company
• $Bn organisation with a global presence.
• Their core activities are in the aftermarket services of rotating and static equipment used in the Oil & Gas sector.
• They have strategically invested in the Saudi Arabian market and have a large, modern Workshop and Service Centre in Riyadh.
The Role
• This role is reporting to the General Manager and is a key part of the Saudi Arabia management team. This role is in the Rotating Equipment division. The focus is on Pumps, Compressors and Steam Turbines.
• You will manage the budget and resources for the workshop and field service teams.
• You will have overall responsibility for managing the workshop and field service activities.
• You will adhere to corporate KPI’s and metrics for quality, productivity and safety whilst adhering to the relevant standards.
• You will ensure all activities are ISO compliant.
• You will ensure the highest standards of HSE standards, contributing to culture of continuous improvement.
• You will provide structured training to the Engineers and Technicians.
• You will be assigned as a key contact for customers.
• You will continually look for ways to streamline processes and costs whilst looking to improve quality.
المهارات
The Candidate
• Time-served Mechanical Engineer, ideally with a Bachelors Degree.
• 10+ years experience in the maintenance and repair of Pumps, Compressors and Turbines.
• International experience, ideally in the Middle East, will be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience as a Workshop and/or Service Manager.
• Budget management and team management experience.
• Pro-active, relationship builder, excellent communicator, IT literate.
