الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Provide assistant to the HR Operations team facilitating immigration and customs formalities as per requirements delivering goods correspondences, packages, and delivery and collection of official documents as per required; - Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments; - Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business; - Obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for business travel only as and when required; - Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required; - Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities; - Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; - Previous working experience in Dubai; - Planning & organization skills; - Dependable, and able to maintain strict confidentiallity in employee matters; - A strong sense of professional ethics. تفاصيل الوظيفة
