· Position: Asst. Manager – Spare Parts
· Qualification & Experience : Engineering graduate with more than 5 Years’ experience in Spare Parts of Construction Equipment or Heavy Equipment business industry
· Language: English & Knowledge of Arabic preferred
Key Responsibilities:
· Meeting or exceeding assigned parts sales budget
· Ensure solutions are delivered to the customer to provide maximum uptime and machine productivity
· Communicate and provide timely support to dealers to ensure customer satisfaction
· Clear and concise reporting both internally and externally
· Research of market prices and customer demands to aid in developing or improving Parts sales strategy
· Identifying opportunities and strategies to assist dealers in Continuous Improvement
· Monitoring parts inventory, Parts replenishment activity in Jebel Ali warehouse
· Improving fill-up rate and keeping proper inventory count
· Provide technical assistance to parts department employees
The knowledge, skills and abilities
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships on all levels
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in problem-solving and negotiation
• Experience in solutions based selling
• Competent in Microsoft office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Competent in ERP (SAP) and other IT system.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear and concise messaging
• Engineering or mining experience
