We provide our employees with tremendous opportunities for growth and career. Responsibilities: 1. Provide day-to-day management and control over the insurance premium collection process. This includes: • Daily Review and prioritization of assigned collection cases; • Analysis of Outstanding Statements and Reconciliation with Insurers; • Payment follow ups with customers (Call and Emails) as per AR process; • Coordination with Insurers on suspensions and legal cases; • Reporting of activity in collection dashboard and weekly team meeting; • Internal Escalation and Follow Up with Commercial and Operations Teams; • Liaise between Bayzat customer and insurance companies on finance-related inquiries. 2. Work closely with the Operations team on delivering continuous process improvement. This involves: • Identifying bottlenecks in the current processes and proposing workarounds to improve the efficiency and the speed especially the premium collection process; • Actively participating in automation projects and ensuring that deliveries meet the project requirements. 3. Provide assistance in other areas related to Operations Finance like premium billing and payments allocation. 4. Participate in drafting and revising operating procedures and other technical internal documents related to Operation Finance. المهارات 1. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a highly operational finance role in a fastpaced environment; 2. Previous customer-facing experience that required regular verbal and written communications with clients; 3. Hands-on experience in conducting reconciliations of financial records such as statements of accounts; 4. Experience working in a team structure. Skills : • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Possesses a dynamic personality and an excellent team player; • Self-organized and has a high attention to details; • Familiarity with finance and accounting cycles; • Solid knowledge of spreadsheet software like Excel and accounting tools.
