Requirements:
With a valid UAE driving license
Energetic & dynamic Male/Female
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Minimum degree: College education
Objective:
Supervise a minimum of five restaurants controlling Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC).
Increasing sales through Local Store Marketing (LSM).
Monitoring P&L;to minimize food cost & variables and maximizing profit.
Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns.
Encourage managers to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement.
Recruit and ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new store managers and monitor ongoing performance needs.
Effectively manage the performance and development of store managers to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the Area.
Plan for succession in the Area through the identification of individuals with potential for development and growth.
Assist Country Manager in long term planning and budgeting.
Oversee appropriate inventory and cost of goods for all assigned outlets.
Analyze financial reports to identify market trends and address issues in the area performance.
Ensure all store reporting processes are adhered to with respect to Financials, Calendars, SWOT & Succession Planning; Ensure reports are submitted on time to keep the entire area operations in single control string.
Ensure store management is in contact with Legal team to ensure its operations completely comply with the country/state statutory regulations.
Should be willing to relocate.
Prepare regular sales dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for senior management.
