Job Description and Requirements
Must be a Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in a Civil Construction Company.
Awareness about the government authorities and their regulations is a must.
Should have sufficient knowledge on pricing/forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the projects.
Should be able to measure and value the works done on site.
liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
Fully responsible for selection and/or source construction materials as per the requirements.
U.A.E Driving license is a must.
