Job Description and Requirements Driving phases of organizational transformation and ongoing evolution of organizational shape and ways of working. Serving as key trusted advisor and partner to team managers on diverse people issues, ranging from contractual matters, to coaching on productivity and performance, to advisory on risk and compliance challenges. Gathering of data and insight to understand the needs and requirements of our people, in effort to design a bespoke employee experience. This extends to understanding and resolving existing pain points, seeking input from our people and co-creating with them, plus testing and experimenting with prototypes. Designing and reimaging core people policies, procedures and systems, this involves striking a delicate balance between ensuring a high degree of connection and integration with management and also exploring new approaches typically deployed by small, entrepreneurial and highly agile startups. Working collaboratively others in the people and culture team to develop core frameworks, methodologies and approaches which will deliver a globally consistent yet regionally relevant organisational culture. This extends to contributing to the design and deployment of initiatives which drive accelerated learning, performance, collaboration, inclusion and performance, amongst our people. Key Deliverables of Position Consistently reliable human resources advice which reflects a strong sense of fairness, empathy and understanding of relevant legislation, contractual obligations and risks.
