الوصف الوظيفي
This role is required to supervise the site , manages all site works and coordination for Civil and MEP Works , ensure to satisfy the project plan and delivery of the fitout on time
· Analyses engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, coordination on site requirements
· Determine the appropriate technique for Civil installation on site.
· Knowing how Measure, cut, or install all Civil materials such as gypsum/Flooring …etc
· Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
· Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
· Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
· Coordinate on joinery installation and assist in managing the works on site
· To deliver orders from start to finish; to time, cost, quality and safety standards.
· To ensure that all Health & Safety practices and procedures are followed appropriately by self and team
· To prepare MRF for the Civil materials on site based on drawings review
· Check & Allocate any differences on site from drawings at survey stage of the unit and raise and alert in case of discrepancy
· Close coordination on site logistics and deliverables with all stakeholders, subcontractors …etc
· Supervise the work regularly, provide on the spot guidance to ensure high quality craftsmanship and keep senior production supervisor posted on the progress of site works. Intervene & resolve/change details as and when required to facilitate smooth implementation of all works as per plan.
· Coordinate and ensure support to Joinery facility and Design on any offhand special request to enable smooth installation & completion of project.
· Being able to manage staff working hours with maximum efficiency and high performance
· Able to communicate with labours and manage the outcome day to day
