Technically sound service engineer
-Should have prior working experience as a service engineer.
-Candidates with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
-Should have sound knowledge in electronics/machinery.
-Should have a sound knowledge of the maintenance and repairing of machines such as - Popcorns Machines, Cotton Candy Machines, Hot Dogs Machines, Slush Machines, Other Cooking & Warming equipment and dispensers.
-Provide support for servicing equipment & installations for customers.
-Knowledge of products & usage of equipment.
-Installation, maintenance, support, testing and demonstration of products & related activities.
-Compliance with specifications and customer requirements
-Provide support for servicing equipment to customers.
-Cross-trained in electrical / instrumentation / mechanical / process disciplines preferred.
-Maintain a high level of response and service for the customer
