CRANES & TRANSPORT REQUEST CONTROLLER

الوصف الوظيفي
 Receive and process all requests for transporting if items around the yard promptly on a daily basis.
 Maintain daily Log book for cranes & Transport requests.
 Discuss with supervision without any delay for any critical situation.
 Computer entry and the filling of transport request records
 Required to drive the ambulance when called for.
 Ensure that the foreman is kept informed at all times to enable forward planning for the use of the equipment as allocated to the Cranes & transport department.
 Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
 Perform duties of a Foreman as required / appointed for individual projects.
 Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
 Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets
 Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
 Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
 Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
 Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
 Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

المهارات
 ITI / Trade Apprentice / High School / Secondary Certificate
 Minimum 3 year of experience in similar field.
 Should have RTA License (05 & 03) for ambulance & light vehicle.
 Able to manage transport work load according to situation
 Experience in Transport management.
