Role & Responsibilities Artwork Initiation:
To support in initiating artworks of all countries for circulation in Karomi and evaluation by technical team Artwork Review/handling
To verify and compare the AWs against MOH approved AWs / BOM linked AWs and ensure translations and amendments of AWs basis the requirement by MoH
To check and evaluate the translated text against the original content of the AW Dossier Management
To receive and archive the dossier
To evaluate the dossier basis the checklist / guidelines
To collate all data mandatory for submissions
Dubai Municipality Registration
To assist in online submission of applications of food and nutritional supplements for Dubai Municipality
Track the status of the application and report receipt of any technical queries
Regulatory database management
To manage all dossiers, registrations, AW and packs country wise
To monitor the status of renewals and update the team periodically on the same
Dossier Management System request and maintenance
To initiate all new dossier request in the newly introduced DOMS system by THDC
To monitor the status of the request and
To manage and archive the receipt of dossiers

Qualification (Academic & Professional) & Total relevant Experience
- B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Science) - Fresher / 1-2 years of QA/Regulatory experience - Registered Pharmacist (preferable) - Expertise in CTD compilation (preferable)
Desired Candidate : - B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Science) - Fresher / 1-2 years of QA/Regulatory experience - Registered Pharmacist (preferable) - Expertise in CTD compilation (preferable)
