Purpose of the job :
To manage the pipeline of B2B and B2C agreements and conclude all delivery activities for first time connection activation for the pipeline. Assist the customer service team for F2F end user requests related to B2B after sales requests.

Key Activities and Tasks: To manage the pipeline of B2B and B2C agreements and conclude all delivery activities for first time connection activation for the pipeline. Assist the customer service team for F2F end user requests related to B2B after sales requests.
Responsible for all corporate account relationship and interactions
Coordinate with the CCO all actions related to corporate accounts
Maintain the pipeline log for all B2B prospects
Accountable for collecting all one time financial dues of corporate pipeline prospects
Responsible for maintaining digital repository of the pipeline in a transparent manner that allows team collaboration
Escalate to CSSO all issues related to deviation from standard framework and obtain necessary approval for such deviations
Owns the delivery management tasks to activate first time connections starting from connection form approvals to first monthly bill to end user
Maintain corporate accounts complaints and concluding them with proper level of satisfaction
Responsible for understanding various products scenarios implemented in different concession agreements and /or master agreements.
Responsible for knowledge transfer and team induction during the delivery management to digital and branches team about specific procedures of main agreement Achieve your goals & target as per set KPI’s.
Make sure NO new connection is provided outside MIMO process. Key Relationships
Single Developers, Sub Developers, Bulk Owners, Retailers & Individuals Customers
CSSO, CCO and CFO
Managers of other Section Arabic and English Fluency is a must Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree Preferably Accounting. Or Business Administration 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service function in the same capacity. MBA is nice to have
