Quest is working with a multinational automotive company as they look for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. For this vital role, we are ideally looking for someone who has progressive experience in the Luxury automotive sector.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage market and retailer performance
- Manage and grow Pre-Owned business
- Regularly monitor and assess effectiveness of implemented retailer/dealership programs
- Generate reports on retailers, sales and whole sale performance
- Provide coaching and workshops to retail sales team
- Ensure excellent customer experience in all touch points
- Ensure that all sales points are aligned with the brand and company standards
Desirable skills and background:
- Significant Dealership and OEM experience in similar role or capacity
- Experience in the Luxury industry is a huge plus
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, team management, sales coaching
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills
