End to End management of the collection activity for assigned accounts:
Daily Review and prioritization of assigned collection cases
Analysis of Outstanding Statements and Reconciliation with Insurers
Payment follow ups with customers (Call and Emails) as per AR process
Internal Escalation and Follow Up with Commercial and Operations Teams
Coordination with Insurers on suspensions and legal cases
Reporting of activity in collection dashboard and weekly team meeting
Reconciliation of Insurance partners statements
Meeting with Insurers and Key Customers
Lead Ad Hoc projects
المهارات
What are we looking for? We are looking for a finance / accounting graduate, with at least 1-year experience in a financial services role transacting with customers.
1 Year experience as an accountant or in a finance role
Customer dealing or facing experience
Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting tools
Articulate
Organization capabilities
Strong attention to details
Transactional/negotiation capabilities.
On the personal side, the candidate should show energy and hunger to improve.
