Quest is working with a leading automotive manufacturing company as they look for an Area Aftersales Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will play a lead role in improving and increasing profitability Aftersales business across all assigned areas and markets
As an Area Aftersales Manager, you will:
- Lead the strategic development and drive growth of Aftersales dealership business
- Grow and ensure achievement of Aftersales KPIs
- Develop and train dealer partners and personnel
- Promote and develop the brand; ensure that brand messaging is aligned with company standards
- Build and foster Dealer partnerships and networks
- Identify opportunities for dealer performance improvement
- Develop, execute and monitor action plans
- Work with other departments and team to achieve business goals
Desirable skills and background
- Significant Dealership and OEM Experience
- Luxury sector background is a plus
- Demonstrated technical and commercial experience in Aftersales environment
- Customer service oriented, with a proven track record of achieving results
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Willing to travel extensively
